Do you sell single cards?

We currently sell sealed product only, ETBs, booster packs, and Japanese packs. We don't sell singles at this time.

Are your packs and boxes sealed and unopened?

Yes. Everything we sell is factory sealed straight from the manufacturer or an authorised supplier. Nothing is opened, resealed, or weighed before it reaches you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

What's your returns policy?

Because sealed collectables can't be resold once opened, returns are handled on a case by case basis. If there's a problem with your order, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Where's the vending machine?

Our first vending machine is at Colwyn Bay Leisure Centre, North Wales. It's a handy spot to grab a few packs on the go.

Do you sell Japanese packs and boxes?

Yes, we stock Japanese Pokémon TCG packs alongside our English sealed product.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
